We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all clients.
Cancellations

Full refunds are offered if a session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late and the session cannot be extended, no partial refund is offered.
Completed Sessions
Refunds cannot be given once:

the session has taken place
-
digital images have been delivered
Technical Issues
If technical issues (e.g., equipment failure) prevent your session from being completed, you may request:

a full refund
or -
a free rescheduled session
