We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all clients.

 
Cancellations
  • Full refunds are offered if a session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable.

 
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late and the session cannot be extended, no partial refund is offered.

 
Completed Sessions

Refunds cannot be given once:

  • the session has taken place

  • digital images have been delivered

 
Technical Issues

If technical issues (e.g., equipment failure) prevent your session from being completed, you may request:

  • a full refund
    or

  • a free rescheduled session
