By booking a session with ZB Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Payments

Sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Prices listed on our website are final with no hidden fees.

Payment is handled securely through Wix.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session can be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged in full.

If you are late, the session time may be reduced.
Image Delivery

Fully edited digital images are delivered via online gallery.
-
Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on the service.

Additional edits or retouching requests may incur a fee.
Image Rights & Usage
ZB Photography retains the copyright to all images created during your session.
Clients receive a personal-use licence, allowing them to print, share and download the final images.
Promotional Use (Social Media & Portfolio)
By booking a session, you grant ZB Photography the right to use selected images for:

website portfolio
-
social media posts
-
marketing and promotional material
-
advertising
You may opt out at any time by sending a written request.
Your images will be removed from future use, and opting out will not affect your session.
Conduct & Safety
We reserve the right to stop a session if behaviour compromises safety or equipment.
Liability
ZB Photography is not responsible for:

personal injury or property damage at locations
-
loss of digital files due to client error after delivery
Backup copies are maintained for 3 months.
